1001 Nights Cafe’ and Dessert is a family-owned, family-run small business proudly serving the Staten Island and broader New York City community since February 2010. We sought to recreate the Cafe’ environments reminiscent of the Mediterranean’s shores, where you can enjoy the company of friends and loved ones while unwinding to music, sports, or a comfortable book. In 2020, 1001 Nights Cafe’ and Dessert expanded our size and launched our signature endeavor in-bringing Mediterranean Cuisine to people we proudly serve.

4 months agoI had an incredible dining experience at [1001 Nights ]. The ambiance was charming, the service was exceptional, and the food was absolutely delicious. Every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. I can't wait to visit again!

2 years agoMy family and I tried out this restaurant lounge for some drinks and hookah which we drank the Craft Sangria wine White and Red and had the Mint Flavored hookahs. The ambience of the restaurant lounge was very chilled, laidback and comforting. The workers and owners of this establishment are Egyptian. The decor of this spot is pretty standard but comfortable. The staff that served us was Marten and Arthur whom were very attentive, friendly and laidback. The lighting of the restaurant is dim to produce relaxed vibes which was pretty cool. The music played is Egyptian music which was a pretty good ambience. We definitely will be visiting again. We had two hookahs and 3 rounds of Craft Sangria with water and sparkling water refreshments. Our bill came up to $190 excluding gratuity.

a year agoHookah is flavorless, plus they only add two pieces of charcoal to the hookah. Service is very slow. We called the waiter several times, and no one showed up. Only the environment looks good. Very disappointed. Not recommended.

a year agoDelicious food, excellent vibes, good hookah with free refills.. I love the mix grill and the mint lemonade.. cheesecake and sahleb is fire.. def a chill vibe on the island.

Only one time happened but The staff were trying to charge us more tip when there were service charge already smh 🤦🏽♀️ just cuz we spend nearly $150 don’t take advantage of it. we were also charge with mysterious amount of $8 which can’t be read and they’re trying to play it off. Update: One of the staff is on peoples business gtfoh. Never coming back here.
