4 months agoI have lived in Dearborn my entire life, and I thought I had tried all the bakeries in the city until I saw this bakery on my way to take my grandma to her dentist appointment. I called them 15 minutes before closing to check if they had Apple Pay, and they did. I went to the bakery and ordered a manushi (bread) with zaatar (thyme) and Jebni ( cheese). I requested a cocktail mix, a Lebanese way of saying to mix the two ingredients. The gentleman was very kind and delivered the best manushi Iโve ever had in the city. Everything about this bakery was fantastic, and I would recommend it to anybody looking to have a great manushi. Enjoy!
