We happen to be in the area and came across this restaurant, I knew you could never go wrong with Turkish food, they would always have my cravings satisfied regarding chicken kebab, having to be born and raised in an Arab country. As always, I know Turkish food would always taste the best, and this restaurant is giviiiiiiiiiiiiing that vibes! A definitely a must to try and in a good neighborhood if it gets crowded while waiting for your reservation. Servers were really nice and they had given us complimentary Baklava. Also we did try the Dinner Special. That roasted eggplant with tomato is a killer! That didnโt stand a chance with the free bread they offered! The tea with Baklava too shouldnโt be missed! Will definitely come back
Talk about donโt judge a book by its cover. I probably wouldnโt have picked this place to eat based on its rating but Iโm so glad I did because it was amazing!
Service was a bit spotty at first but the food came out pretty quickly once we placed our order.
Started off with the bread which was fresh and warm. Sort of the inside and perfect crunchy on the outside. Had it with the olive oil but you should definitely ask to have it with the red sauce or the Tzatziki sauce!
Ordered the chicken chop and man itโs some of the most flavorful chicken Iโve had. The chicken was soft and well seasoned and paired really nicely with the red cabbage which I surprisingly enjoyed. Again either the red spicy sauce or the Tzatziki sauce can add extra flavor and take your meal up a notch. You also canโt beat the value you get with this meal with three pieces of chicken thighs.
Tried some of their falafel and chicken Adana and they were really good as well.
Had the Backlava for desert and it was delectably sweet, flaky, and delicious! Had it with the Turkish tea which is absolutely a must try!
Overall I left feeling full and content. Would eat here again!
The food was amazing. The three course meal is the way to go. Turkish tea and the overall food made me feel like I was in Turkey & the atmosphere felt authentic. I highly recommend eating here for the lunch special.
The most authentic Turkish I've had in the area. Lentil soup was the best I've ever had. And the complimentary bread with dipping oil is the star of the show!
