Dr. Aadam graduated from the Rush University Medical College in 2006. Dr. Aadam works in Chicago, IL and specializes in Gastroenterologist. Dr. Aadam is affiliated with Northwestern Memorial Hospital.
My husband saw Dr. Aadam after another gastroenterologist in Lake Barrington, who lacked the knowledge to diagnose properly.
Dr. Aadam was extremely knowledgeable and helped my husband immensely, and is now on the mend. Dr. Aadam put together a treatment plan that we were able to do close to our home. Dr. Aadam's office is about 75 miles from where we live. My husband has autoimmune pancreatitis, which is very rare, and if not treated properly could be fatal. There are only a few doctors in Chicago that have knowledge and experience with this diagnosis. When you are extremely ill, you want the very best medical team. Dr. Aadam is clearly that person.
My husband and I are exceedingly grateful to Dr. Aadam and his nurse, Linda Feldman for their help and they both truly care about the patient. Dr. Aadam's nurse, Linda, answers messages all hours of the day, night, and weekends. Never have I experienced that level of care and concern.
Thank you so much for the care you have provided my husband, we sincerely appreciate every extra mile you have gone for us.
Dr. Aadam, Nurse Linda and associate staff are wonderful. Nurse Linda made the whole process of scheduling and doctor visits so much easier and more comfortable. She put my mind at ease. I was suffering from type II Achalasia which made normal daily habits involving eating and food a struggle. Dr Aadam and his team performed the POEM procedure which has made my life feel normal again. I am extremely grateful! Itโs incredible the quality of life I have again.
We are very lucky that Dr. Aziz Adam and his GI specialist nurse Linda helping us for my son's treatment. Dr. Adam is very brilliant doctor and he know what he is doing and also he is very good in explaining the procedure to satisfy patient and answer all related question.
Dr. Adam as person he is very polite and humble and a very good human being.
I highly recommend Dr. Adam and his team for GI treatment.
We frequently visit him for follow up treatments and we are very pleased for his treatment.
I really appreciate Dr. Aziz Adam and his team Linda.
Thank you.

In December of 2020, this dr caused an intestinal perforation during routine ERCP to explore blockage which resulted in delayed diagnosis and treatment. Completely missed my husbandโs pancreatic cancer diagnosis-he was 46 years old at the time. The perforation itself may likely have resulted in the spread of cancer according to drs we consulted with. For months we went in circles. We even questioned the possibility of cancer and it was brushed aside, along with many of the other painful symptoms my husband was experiencing. It wasnโt until several months later as my husbandโs conditioned worsened that a second dr was asked to get involved and he caught it right away. The saddest part was the victim/patient blaming involved. The doctor on several occasions said my husband had difficult anatomy-as if to say that it was his bodyโs fault that the perforation happened. Stay away from Northwestern, the teaching hospitals are not what they claim to be. Thereโs a reason this hospital is graded a โC.โ
Dr. Aadam and his GI specialist nurse clinician Linda Feldman were fantastic to work with + truly exceptional & inspirational. After getting referred to Dr. Aadam as a specialist GI interventionist from my standard GI doctor when I had more serious colon-related issues, I was extremely happy and satisfied with the communication of the process, clarity on what to expect before/after, prep work, and most importantly the outcome where Dr. Aadam and his staff performed extremely well with a complicated procedure. We are lucky in Chicago to have a research hospital @ Northwestern Medical Center with Dr. Aadam and his staff. I enthusiastically endorse and recommend Dr. Aadam.
