3 years agoI have 4 kids and taking my kids with Dr Hala that is truly amazing since 10 years now also the nurses inside as well they are amazing. But lately the front desk are horrible, so unprofessional and rude. They are lack of ethic. I have been trying to make appointment for 4 days now and the voicemail is full also they never return a message if lucky is no full, no even when is for a really sick kid with weird symptoms. Last time I explained that my baby symptoms and front desk lady replied "so take him to a urgent Care" I explained to her that urgent care told me that his pediatrician need to know everything and we have to make appointment as soon as possible she also replied with we have no appointments until further notice is nothing I can do for you. I love Doctor Hala but the front desk is the worse she needs to change those horrible front desk staff.

3 years agoI tried calling for an appointment for 3 days, during office hours, only to hear a message saying the mail box is full and then hung up on. On the 3rd day, I chose to talk to a nurse rather than the front desk. I was finally able to speak to a person who transferred me to the reception. The person answered with "hello". I responded with " hello". She repeated this process several times until finally realizing she was speaking with a client, I guess. I indicated I needed to make an appointment for my children. She put me on hold for several minutes before informing me it would be a month before they could be seen. Considering I have special needs children, this is obviously NOT a good match. Not sure how anyone unable to see children for a month out is considered a five-star establishment.

3 years agoDr. Hala is a great doctor! The rest of her staff was great as well. She was very friendly, compassionate, thorough and educated in every visit we've had with her. My kids like her too! She makes them laugh and feel comfortable. I would highly recommend her to everyone.
