Dr Muftah is compassionate and caring. His personal follow up care is second to none. My prognosis has greatly improved under his care, treatment, and guidance. His staff has worked hard to ensure timely procedure scheduling and follow up appointments. I can now look forward to a healthier life for many more years.

Terrible experience and very unprofessional. I had my endoscopy and colonoscopy done and the follow up was done via a Nurse that basically recited the report and told me there was nothing else they could do for me as my results showed nothing. However, my stomach was still a total mess and the pain was excruciating. I called a month later to make an appointment because the pain was unbearable. They said they do not take my insurance anymore and turned me away and told me to call another endocrinologist that took my insurance. It takes months to get a new patient appointment so I offered to self pay because I was hurting so bad. They told me I could not pay cash and told me “good luck”. I would NEVER recommend Access Health to anyone. They only care about their pocket. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I had a procedure there this morning. Sue from the very first she makes you feel comfortable and at ease. Lindsay the nurse took excellent care of me before and after. Scott the anesthesiologist made me feel comfortable and at ease. Dr Abboud introduce himself I made you feel very sure of him. Nurses Cindy and Linda we're with me during this procedure excellent. My experience was so good that if I could give them more than five stars I would I highly recommend them. Thank you all

Just had my colonoscopy with Dr. Muftah. He is in my opinion, a very nice, kind Dr. He has done 3 procedures for me and is always very professional. His office staff have been great, no issues. The new facility is very nice, clean and welcoming. The RN Daniellea is a sweet, kind, funny young lady. I think the other young lady is Tiffiney (?) she is also kind and welcoming. Cindy in the OR puts one at ease immediately, a wonderful professional lady. I cannot stress enough, never be afraid of this procedure and if a colonoscopy is required, please see Dr. Muftah or his new associate.

I had an endoscopy done. Dr. Muftah and his staff is the best. The bedside care as well as the professional care are outstanding. I felt scared at first but they surely took that feeling away very quickly. I would highly recommend anyone to the facility.
