One of the worst clinics I have seen. Very unprofessional. They have no sense of time and organization. They will bring the patients early but will not call your name until hours later. They are always unprepared. Doctor and Nurses use search engines to find answers to common questions. Brought my mother for a checkup and will jever go back to them. This clinic is a joke. Worse than a zoo full of monkeys. They never seem to speak the same information twice. Always keeps changing.
I am in the her office right now. Can hear them saying, โBring a Bengali patientโ โPut Bengali patients in a listโ. Like what sort of unprofessionalism is this? The guy that checked my blood pressure was so clueless and messed up many times. Just disappointing. Thereโs no privacy of the patients. Others sitting in waiting rooms can hear everything of the doctor and patient conversations. Workers gossip openly in other languages Aka Bangla. Just unqualified unprofessional workers hungry for our insurance money!

Dr yunus nothing understand without money, she doesn't no how to maintain patient privacy Policy. When patient saying there problems something personal dr Yunus talking so loudly that others people's who sitting on the waiting room they can hear ๐ everything.
They don't have appointments system, so if you sing in at 12pm you should wait till 3 to 4pm..
So after few visits I changed my Pcp and start going to another PCP and it was best decision for me.
I donโt know why the people of hamtramck still give this place business. Unprofessional and a waste of valuable time whenever you go to their office. The people of Hamtramck must stop settling and giving this plague of business their valuable time.
