I recently took my son to the emergency room due to severe pain and the belief that he had something lodged in his foot. Despite having a scheduled appointment with a podiatrist, we felt it was necessary to seek immediate help given his distress. Unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. We waited for three hours before being seen, and then spent an additional four hours in the back room waiting for the doctor. During this time, the doctor attempted to assess the situation but ultimately could not resolve the issue. The extended wait times and lack of effective treatment were frustrating, especially considering my son's discomfort. I hope the facility can improve its efficiency and patient care in the future.

My girlfriend was dropped off at 630 pm in excruciating pain. The pain was so unbearable it was causing her to vomit. Sometime after 930 we were taken to the emergency room area and put in chairs. Not a bed, chairs behind a curtain. The staff seems to move with no sense of urgency or concerns regarding patient comfort or condition. The Dr. I think came in around 1030, the nurse who administered the IV had fluids dripping all over ther place. Then we were victims of change of shift I assume because they delayed her sonogram and pelvic exam because of this. Morphine was given over an hour ago and not 1 follow up. A C A T scan was ordered and completed and she's been back for at least an hour and still nothing. It is now 3 o'clock in the morning and still no treatment or idea of what's the problem. This is beyond horrible service. This place has gone down hill and will never be voluntarily used by this family ever again. Still waiting!!!!

Worst hospital ever! Arrived at 1pm discharged at 12:30am feeling the same way I walked it..shortness of breath.. chest pains.. a history of asthma and my first treatment was at 9pm... they don't care about patient care.. they have you sitting in the chair the entire time.. once I was sitting in a chair behind a curtain I was asked to move twice and the reason was because they needed for another patient.. I complained to a lead supervisor and her response was that relief do you want? Like really.. I will never recommend this hospital to noooooo oneeee! They don't deserve any stars. And I will be sending an email as well.

If you care about you or your love ones do not go there. It maybe close by but you only have one life. I am thankful I'm a nurse, I went somewhere else. I ended up being admitted for 3 days with something very serious but they told me to go home and rest. They never did blood work or urine which is basic 101. This is why health gets a bad reputation because of poor skills demonstrated here. STAY AWAY IF YOU WANT TO STAY ALIVE. Stay safe

This hospital has gone DOWNHILL! The service, the care, lack of empathy, the WAIT TIME! RIDICULOUS!!! DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU ABSOLUTELY HAVE TOO! 4 hour wait and 5 people in the waiting area! People are going into the back of the ER before me and I have waited longer for care! I went from sitting in a chair in the lobby to sitting in the corner of the ER in another chair. Itโ€™s like this hospital put up a curtain and said make it a room. A broom closet is bigger than this space. I see staff laughing, right outside the room I am in, a conversation and someone doesnโ€™t know what they are doing. For my concern and safety, I am advising sign an AMA, and go somewhere else! I am running and signing papers to get out of here!
