Horrible experience. Walked in waitor looked almost confused that we came in, the place was completely EMPTY and they had a full staff and DJ working which made no sense. Ordered hookah, took almost 40 minutes for it to be served (we were the only people in there) bought drinks took almost another 30 minutes to get them. The whole time we were in there we had to waive the waiter over for anything. Very weird vibe, when we asked for the check he mentions to us they donโt take cards but failed to mention it to us for the entire hour that we were there, itโs not like the place was packed and he didnโt have the time. He sat on his phone across the bar the entire time, what was so important that that couldnโt be mentioned before? On top of that he followed us to the ATM to make sure we paid like we would jump the bill on them, they packed the gratuity in the bill aswell. Very weird vibe. Definately a front.
Been coming here for years . People working here are great as well. Sometimes music is too loud when you just wanna chill and talk with your friends. Otherwise all good.
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The staff is very disrespectful. The entire lounge was completely empty, and the waitress told us we had to move. She didnโt ask us; she just moved our things to the middle of the lounge. After asking for the check multiple times, she chose to ignore us. Hookah was sub-par, and the music was too loud. Save your self-respect and money.
I loved the energy from the other customers . But I wasnโt feeling all the hidden fees . I never been to a spot who charge you to pay with your card . Take their own gratuity. Mind you I only came with 2 other people . The bottle and appetizers didnโt come out until the end of the night . We had to keep chasing down our waiter. When we first got there we only ordered 1 drink and 4 shots . That took over 35 minutes to come . The best part was the hookah and the quality of my appetizer platter when it did come out . Oh yeah happy hour supposed to be 7 pm to 4 am . The menu said one price but the bar and the waiter constantly came up with their own prices multiple times throughout the night .
My friends and I came across this place after walking around trying to find a hookah spot that catered to everyone. This was a very chill spot with great decor. The music was cool and the choice of hookah we had was great (white peach). The one thing that miffed me was that they charged a card fee. I may go back (with cash).
