There are not enough words in the English language that I can use to describe how wonderful this office and its staff are. I'm a senior citizen and have been with a lot of primary care physicians in my lifetime in Las Vegas. By far this is the best care that I have ever received. Beginning with the front office and especially Kea, the office manager. She makes getting cared for as easy as possible. No difficulty getting appointments, referrals, prescriptions refilled, in other words she is just like chicken soup for a cold when you are sick. Then there is the new doctor, Dr Alicia, who is probably one of the most caring doctors you will ever see in a lifetime. I absolutely love her, plus the fact that she is 100% Italian! She takes time to listen and really cares and explains everything to you which is not what you normally find in other doctors offices. The same goes for Eric in the front office as well. He absolutely takes good care of everyone who walks in that door. Dr Ali, is very lucky to have such a wonderful and caring staff. He did a very good job in assembling this team and they should be highly recognized for all that they do to make sure everyone is well taken care of. I hope that I will live out my lifetime with them being there because I don't ever be without the wonderful care that they provide for me.

I called to make an appointment with Dr Ali. Coincidentally, he picked up the phone. When I told him I wanted to make a new patient appointment to treat my pcos, he laughed and said I just needed to lose weight to treat my PCOS. Mind you, i’m not overweight and the only interaction I have had with this dr was through the phone, where he could not even see my size. Extremely absurd for an endocrinologist to assert that everyone with PCOS is overweight and that losing weight is the appropriate treatment plan for all individuals with PCOS. Obesity can be a symptom of PCOS due to PCOS insulin resistance but it’s not the cause and it’s most definitely a crazy assertion to say that someone you can’t even see needs to lose weight to treat a chronic hormonal/metabolic disorder

Dr Ali is an awesome guy, he cares about his patients more than any other doctor I know. All his staff are very helpful. The medical office is very clean and nice. I would recommend this doctor’s office to anyone.

I can truly appreciate a physician taking the time to sit and explain to their patients the course of treatment, however this did not happen. The wait time in the examining room was a half hour or more. The office staff is fresh of out of an 6month medical office assistant program with no senior management to guide them so their presentation is unprofessional and their knowledge of what would expected from support staff is poor.

Most unprofessional person i’ve even dealt with doesn’t call back ask for medical records more than 3 months ago and still haven’t received a call back nothing Just went to office for visit and dr ali was there but couldn’t see me literally ask the student dr to see if i could talk to him And was told no Oh must have been because he just bought a puppy from a breeder and and had to go home…ridiculous So unprofessional his staff couldn’t give any answers When said i may find a new dr Basically told that would best Worst service ever! He should ashamed of how he treats people
