For some reason, we connected immediately. He understands the market inside and out and is truly a buyer's agent, period. He constantly prioritized our familyโs needs over anything else. a year agoOver the past few years, we sold two homes using Brett Jenning's Real Estate Experts team and it couldn't have been smoother. Our sales agent, Brad Garofalo, was extremely easy to work with, knowledgeable, friendly, provides excellent guidance, and in the end, only does what's best for the client. If you optionally want your home renovated before selling, they will take care of everything very quickly, choosing from a stable of reputable contractors. We renovated one property because it made sense, and the other we didn't...guided by their analysis. The sales agents are backed by a fantastic team of people in the office and on the street (Emil, Tiffany, Michelle, and others I'm sure). Because of this team effort, nothing ever drags out, it all happens quickly and effectively. We're talking minutes, not days. Both homes had accepted offers within 72 hours of hitting the market.
