I love Dr. Al-khateeb she is a great doctor but the office staff are horrible especially Jessica. The main reason I am changing doctors. I am hoping that both doctors in that office do something about the staff.

I visited this office for the first time last fall. I was well taken care of by the assistant, Margaret, (very impressed) but never saw the doctor. I inquired if I needed the doctor, she would not even know I'm a patient. I was told they use hospitality so it didn't matter. I'm looking for a practice where the doctor interacts with the patients.

Dr. Alkhateeb and NP Brooke have been amazing to work with. I cannot ask for better medical professionals to handle my health concerns. However, this review is being generated to bring attention to the rude front desk staff, specifically Jasmine. I have been coming to this practice for approximately four years. During this time the front desk staff has been less than helpful or pleasant. Jasmine will put you on hold in the middle of you speaking and will also cut you off when youโ€™re talking. I have had to tell her multiple times not to cut me off when I am speaking. The front desk staff are the first people that your patients encounter when they enter your practice. They are a representation of the medical professionals who work there. I would suggest that the staff receive client service training. Their attitudes are unprofessional and horrendous. I would also like to notate that one of the phlebotomist at the practice asked me if I knew how to spell my name correctly. She said this because I told her my name was spelled with a apostrophe and she put a hyphen and I corrected her on the difference between the two. This seems to be a overall problem with not just Jasmine but the staff in general.

I love Dr. Al-khateeb but some of her office staff is very rude. I called to reschedule due to my current illness and fear that it might be Covid. She kept speaking over me and told me I didn't have an appointment with Dr. Al-khateeb because she is not in the office today. As I tried to talk she interrupted me again. I then asked for her name because she was so rude. She put me on hold and never returned. I had to call back and I was given her name Junie(not sure its spelled correctly) She should not be dealing with the public. Patients should not be frustrated when calling the office. She is a great Doctor otherwise very attentive and listens.

To be completely honest, I totally disagree with the other reviews. Dr. Al-Khateeb literally just called my father, a 70+ year old patient of hers a liar. My father's English is pretty weak, he's old and tend to leave out information out of forgetfulness until you remind him. She took him off a diabetic medication and as a medical school graduate who's worried about his father's health, with the outmost respect and politeness (especially out of respect for my father since he was around) wanted answers on why he isn't on that diabetic med any more. That's when she called him a liar and brought her supervisor and staff members to listen to the conversation. She was so defensive because I wanted answers. The supervisor wasn't disrespectful at all and wanted to understand and clarify things. I should point this out. I'm not saying she's not knowledgeable, but just super rude, disrespectful and egotistic. She was totally unethical and called a 70+ year old male with stage 5 chronic kidney disease a liar. My father is still upset with that until now and we're looking for a more respectful and ethical doctor. She needs to do much better with that.
