4 months agoAladdin is a restaurant that I enjoy going to with friends to enjoy ourselves. We hadn't been to this location since they have redecorated. It's really nice and comfortable, and the server was also helpful and obliging. We received our food and drinks. In a timely manner and at the appropriate temperature. Our server also checks back with us several times, which is always nice. The food was really delicious

2 weeks agoWow such a nice cozy place... greeter was friendly knowledgeable about recommendations of foods ..I got the tuna pita shawarma and ohhhhhhhh myyyyyy goodness! Tuna seared to perfection, fresh veggies and served hot! Did I mention the lemon cake had a grandmother's touch ! Tasted like it was made from scratch so moist and soft! Frosting wasn't like the other cakes you've tried were it's chalky and thick blah oh no this frosting was creamy smooth and delightful to taste..also the pistachio baklava didn't look to appealing but don't let looks deceive you I've never tasted a more delicate dessert! I can't believe I've been living here all my life and haven't had this delicious food I'll definitely be back to dine in because it felt so peaceful in there from the lighting to the designs of the walls and furniture it's a perfect place to unwind and relax solo or with the family restaurants take notes this is how you run a business and to the people please go give your taste buds a new experience...isn't that what life is about ? Peace and love

a month agoAladdin's Eatery is absolutely one of my favorite restaurants in the city because of it's variety of both vegan and meat dishes. However, this was my first visit to the Cleveland Heights location and unfortunately it was not a great experience. I ordered a hummus falafel roll, diwali and a peanut butter and jelly cookie. I ordered take out. Once I left, I ate my food, which was pretty decent, however my cookie had mold on it! I was very disappointed that I would be sold a dessert with mold on it. Luckily for me I inspected my cookie before I took a bite. I called the restaurant and informed them of what I had discovered on my cookie. The manager agreed to comp me with a free dessert next time I visited their location. Not sure if I will be returning...

5 months agoThe food is so clean (healthy) and DELICIOUS!!!! Big menu to choose from. Both the person that greeted us and our server (guyโs name starts with a J, communications major) were so lovely. It was so refreshing to actually feel welcomed in a place with manners and etiquette. It made me think how this is how things used to be back in the old days - restaurants and their employees treated you with respect and smiled and welcomed you as a guest. The menu aesthetically is the cleanest and best looking menu I have seen because itโs held together like a spiral notebook and the pages are laminated, also a cute size thatโs not huge like other menus. I just wish the heath bar cheesecake wasnโt $7 otherwise I would get it often.

3 months agoCame from out of town due to husband needing surgery at Cleveland Clinic Main Campus. We were in search of Mediterranean food, cuisine that is HARD to find in our home state. I needed gluten free, they had it, husband wanted something light and nutritious before surgery day, they had it. We were greeted by the assistant manager, super welcoming and friendly. Our server was great, above all the food was SO FLAVORFUL. We highly recommend this restaurant!
