Algebra Tea House is one of Cleveland’s truly special spots. The menu offers 22 flavors of teas from all over the world as well as a range of delicious, moderately priced Middle-Eastern dishes.
The walls are covered by art, most of the pieces by the business’s gregarious owner, Ayman, who is the force behind Algebra Tea House’s community-minded philosophy. All the furniture inside is made out of wood from local suppliers. Even the plates and cutting boards used in the restaurant were made in the ceramic store downstairs. Some ceramic items are also available for purchase, along with tea leaves and locally grown vegetables.

3 months agoSweet and funky cafe tucked in a Little Italy side street offering many food and drink options. Great for the adventurous! Salads, omlettes, Middle Eastern favorites are featured. Comfy, eclectic seating inside and cafe seats out on sidewalk. Lots of tea and coffee choices. Friendly staff and service, too.

4 months agoThis is such a lovely spot in Cleveland. Parking is definitely difficult because this tea house is snug in a neighborhood but don't let that deter you! I met a friend up here to catch up over tea/coffee and we had such a good time. I highly recommend their hummus platter and their honey pita for a sweet and delicious treat. The iced hibiscus and ginger tea is SO good. This is such a local gem! Cannot recommend it enough.
