Ali Baba has been a well known name in the Orlando area over it’s 20 year history. Nothing stays the same, however, and we have now become Ali Baba: House of Kabob, coming from a new ownership group emphasizing many bold new flavors, and a different management style. We only use fresh, quality ingredients, and we only expect to provide amazing service. When it comes to exotic cuisine, there is no place like Ali Baba House of Kabob. Experience the very best Mediterranean and Middle Eastern style restaurant experiance located within Central Florida. We offer an food that will immerse all your senses with an authentic mix of Lebonese, Persian, Turkish, and even some Indian cuisine elements. Persian food has a long, storied history that dates back many centuries. Ali Baba lets us taste this history today, providing a phenomenal dish, with incredible appetizers. This is one of the few times I will say that the atmosphere and service claim a back seat to the delicious offerings. I highly recommend the kabob (I mean, it's in the name ), lamb or chicken (or both). My favorite. And you must try the rice if you have never had Persian food before. It's not crispy on top, but the taste is still there. The bread is also very good, which soaks up the meat and vegetable juices. The naan is great with the many appetizers available. Just a bit of a warning, come hungry because you will leave ready to take a nap. Try the food eating in or to go. I have tried both and the quality doesn't suffer through travel. Overall, I definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our meal at this restaurant. The server was quick attentive and courteous, and the food was of good quality. Everything was cooked to perfection and the flavors were rich. I endorse this eatery for those who appreciate a generous serving of protein. Unfortunately canโ€™t say much about the ambiance or atmosphere.

We have a Persian friend that scouted out this place as it is (apparently) tough to find good Persian kabobs in Orlando. We didn't really have any expectations on what kind of quality we were going to get, but we had a really great experience! The aesthetics of the restaurant could use improvement - the inside seemed under construction or scattered. But we didn't mind the atmosphere. We were here for the food. And the food was fantastic! We got a mix of chicken and beef kabob dishes, and all of them were delicious. My girlfriend and I also got the roasted eggplant dip as an appetizer that comes with pita that was very tasty. Overall, we were happily surprised by this local restaurant and would certainly recommend it to anyone looking for great quality Persian food!

I always enjoy dining at Ali Babaโ€™s. As always, the food was fantastic! I had the chicken kubideh, my favorite. My spouse had his favorite Zereshk Polo. The service was excellent. I think the server was running late but the owner took great care of us. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are a fan of Persian food. Now Yelp shows their open time at 11am. They open at noon. Try them out.
