a month agoItโs always an exceptional experience here. The front desk is organized, courteous and professional. Maggie and Michelle are amazing hygienists that are gentle and know how to make you feel comfortable with the experience. Dental work is a stressful experience even when your teeth are in good shape, but having confidence in Dr Salem and his team makes the visit here a low-stress visit.

a month agoBeen going to Alpha Dental in Franklin for about 5 years. The practice is well staffed, all hygienists had been easy on my teeth and reassuring, and my current doctor is chill. Had my first crowning and no issues, no discomfort about 6 months since. I even forgot that it's not my real tooth! Good place to go if you hate dentist appointments.

a month agoToday I had a dental cleaning with my Hygenist, Michelle S. She is professional, thorough, gentle, and kind. She answered all of my questions and was so pleasant to converse with. I look forward to my cleanings with her. She is knowledgeable and takes her time, without your feeling rushed. I highly recommend Michelle! Also, the front receptionists are terrific too. I cannot say enough about Ezra, who manages the financial aspect and overall flow of the office. I even got the chance to say hello to Dr. Salem on his way out. I have had nothing but superior care in all areas from Dr. Salem. He knows his craft and is understanding and listens well. I am thankful for the ability to have the man at the top! 5 stars to Alpha Dental. Keep up the amazing work! Much appreciated.

a month agoThey are excellent! We have been with Dr. SALEM FOR 15 OR 20 YEARS. The staff is excellent as well. They worked on 4 teeth yesterday and all i needed was 2 tylenol. I highly recommend him and the Franklin office. Rose Garza

3 weeks agoI generally have anxiety before going to a dentist and try to avoid making appointments as long as possible. Today I went to see Dr. Salem because I needed a crown. The process was quick and painless. His dental assistant ashley was wonderful. She explained everything in detail as she was going through the process with me which made the whole thing more comfortable. This visit today has truly reduced my anxiety level about going to see the dentist in the future
