Update May 2024: I am revising my previous review after a recent visit. The staff member was inattentive, focusing on his phone instead of engaging with me. This kind of behavior is a sure way to lose customers, which likely explains the negative reviews here. Before: Very good customer service, I recommend.

Very bad customer service. Incredibly cold and rude people. Refused to price a piece for me unless I agreed to sell the same day before being willing to price it out. Great way to do business. I was in there for a total of 45 seconds before being dismissed.

An amazing jewelry shop, Lovely staff, very Honest and people oriented. They have multiple styles that can make all women happy in their choices. The owner, ABU Rahed is a Very nice man and he is very knowledgeable about gold and they can literally make any custom order to your liking, he made my grand daughter a pendant out of a blue turquoise stone she liked 3 years ago, she is now 7 years old and ADORES her pendant. Will ALWAYS go to this jewelry store as they make u feel and treat you as family.

I would never step foot in this place. Rude, unprofessional, racist, and selections limited. I walked in there looking for a certain item waiting and waiting for someone to help 14 minutes + while 2 employees are helping 1 customer... finally someone walked up to me and helped when I asked for the best price didn't even bother to budge when right next to me knocking 30+ dollars off they think I didn't understand the language. I didn't look Middle Eastern so that's why I was not taken care of the fair way. They Don't deserve business.
