Amazing Smiles Dental Implant Center

I was referred to this office and my first visit went well. I signed the treatment plan and scheduled my next appointment. However, later I get a phone call from the staff telling me that my treatment was going to increase by approximately $4k. Of course, I was not happy. They gave me some explanation about my insurance, and that they had not updated the new fees. My insurance does not cover any of this treatment, I was paying out of my pocket. If they did not update their fees that is not the fault of the patient. They should have honored the treatment plan that I signed. When I responded by email stating how I felt about this situation, the staff never responded back to me. Doctor's offices need to recognize that their quality of service is reflected by their front office first. No matter how qualified the doctor is, if the front office is not effective neither is the doctor.

Dr. Jandali is the best! Not going to lie i was VERY nervous for my implant surgery. What can I say ? I blinked and dr. Jandali was finished! Such a smooth & easy surgery….. Can’t forget his amazing staff! Absolutely loved everyone there!! Thank you for my best experience!

Amazing smiles has a state of the art facility. Dr. Kitchen and staff are best in class. They made sure I was comfortable and felt no pain.

I've been going to this office for 3 years and without a doubt they are the best I've been to. The entire staff is welcoming and care about their patients. I highly recommend them to anyone that has asked about my dental work.

My experience was great. Appreciate Dr. Jandali’s experience, expertise, and kindness. Breeah was a ray of sunshine and very knowledgeable! I am not dreading my extraction and that in itself is a miracle. Prices are fair and reasonable. I spent and enjoyed the solar eclipse with the office staff. Couldn’t have felt more at home.
