Worst service worst people you can deal with i had an immigration file with them for 2 years no answers then i moved the file to another officer and there they found out all the mistakes this office did i wish you contact me to give you the full story about this office and the worst service they have

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with the owner (named louie), nothing personal, definitely has a big lack of honesty, they filled my kids name change paperwork which the the were over 20 mistakes were marked by NE Regional Court when I submitted”em, he hardly replied to my emails or even text me back, I had to leave the city for work, he never take a look or contact the court to fix them or even to follow up, for almost 2 yrs he went blind, completely forgot about the file ...trust me once you paid him you're dead to him, he doesn't see you anymore, I contacted him early this year to pull everything as I have no time left, for 3 months every time I call he come up with stupid excuses and plying dumb,I even told I’m OK with % 50 of what I paid, he turned more dumb, I realized this going nowhere but more lies, for instance he said they charge $160 per hour!!!!!! and they spent hours working on the file, he doesn’t even remember I was there with his guy when it took him 15-20 minutes, he charged me all the amount by the file not hourly, he is not a lawyer!!! Or even has enough experience. Not been honest especially when it comes to people cases that means life for them leaves him naked of any honesty. DON’T go there, you’ll waste your precious time and money plus the negative energy and disappointment. SCAMMER don’t go there

Worst place ever. Do not do it! They don’t care about your case & will never call you back for update!
