4 months agoThis school has a welcoming atmosphere and a supportive community. They genuinely care about the students and provide assistance whenever needed. While there are some areas for improvement, overall it's a positive environment.

4 months agoI do not recommend this place at all. Stuff is all American, admin just needs money, board kids do whatever they want, academics are terrible. Your kid will get good grades cause they want to be ranked A school, but grades are based on how clean your child clothes is, his attendance, behavior in class, nothing that reflects knowledge.

3 weeks agoI sent my kid to Aya for a year and she was a 3rd grader the minute she sat down her chair she felt bugs crawling up her uniform and we found out that when people return uniforms after they wear them they dont wash them they just give them to the next person and the uniforms say allahs name so u cant even go in the bathroom my kid is in 3rd grade and is on surah ekhlas when I sent her she was on surah kahf but they made her restart so when I took her out she went back to surah kahf the teachers are so rude they are just doing it for the money the cafeteria food is HORRIBLE!!!! and if u forget ur lunch in the classroom they don't let u eat or get it and if u forget ur id then u cant get lunch. the kids are rude I suggest to send ur kids to Bayaan Academy its way better

4 months agoThis used to be a great school. Unfortunately, the board transferring head of schools every few years was an extremely poor decision. Especially so this year, the school refuses to kick out students during the school year for misbehavior for consistently poor behavior. I have seen the same trouble makers get let off with minor lunch detentions which is ridiculous considering they corrupted the school to the point of kids taking diet pills because of bullying. Unfortunately, racism is also pretty rampant within the community and the islamic values in the kids are practically non-existent. I have had kids talk, push and mess around during salah and as the kutbah is ongoing. The school has lost everything, from fun afterschool classes, options with classes, community and great teachers. In all honesty, the school is becoming more like a public school and more expensive every year. I do NOT recommend going to AYA.
