I regret coming to this place I believe they're the reason why I have gum disease I didn't have no issues before I went to them and two years was the first time that I went for a deep cleaning just because I wanted to make sure my gums and teeth were good and then all of a sudden I have the worst case of gum disease I also have an abscess didn't even realize I had a cracked tooth and they were still going to do work on my mouth when they wasn't supposed to because of this infection in my mouth. I most definitely will not be going back to them but if you are interested in a very good and affordable dentist office check out City dental Care on Lorain and their address is 17700 Lorain avenue they have the best service Hi-Tech equipment as well as the price being very affordable if you're paying out of pocket. When the doctor at that office saw that I have an infection she wouldn't even do the work and recommended a good medication to help kill the infection and also recommended that I get a tooth extracted I trust their judgment at the city Care dental so check them out.

I don’t even understand how this place has five star reviews they gave me a terrible first impression. Horrible customer service. Their phone was off and said it was past business hours but online said they were open. I go up there asking to schedule an emergency appt for asap for a root canal and or wisdom tooth pulled and they said they don’t do it or have an oral surgeon. Which sounds contradicting because all of these reviews are saying they got extractions, crowns, wisdom teeth pulled. But basically they rushed us out and didn’t want to help us because they were closing in 50 minutes. We didn’t want to get seen today we just wanted to go in and schedule because their phone was off. Instead they referred us to metro health but they were booked about a year out. My little brother literally has a whole abscess on his jaw and they just sent him away when this could be potentially life threatening. We had an appt at another dentist but his jaw started swelling over the last day or two so we just wanted to find us somewhere that can get him in sooner. Very insensitive staff. First and last time coming there.

Customer service was very unprofessional. Went in for a cleaning and a check up. Just looked at my teeth didn't touch them for weak points just said I had no cavities, so that was weird, then to have someone else come in and not touch my teeth or gums but insisted I need a deep cleaning when I just had one last year. We I stated that, I was told to just go back to were I was. Completely unprofessional and I will never come back to this place again.

Had to reschedule my last two appointments But if you ever do get seen. They are very professional and have good service. The receptionist don't check to see how long you been sitting. And when you do ask to reschedule, there only response is "ok" wait time 1 hour.

Been coming here for 6 years, never had a bad cleaning, had 2 successful wisdom teeth surgeries one prior to getting braces and one while I had braces. Never had a issue and received appropriate pain control meds after both surgeries, more than I can say for other dentists who have been Buffaloed by the DEA.
