a year agoI recently had an appointment for my son that I showed up for on time. To my surprise, upon arriving, I was informed by the assistant that there was no doctor available for the day. What makes this situation even more bewildering is the fact that the assistant claimed they had been trying to reach me via phone, which simply wasn't the case. I received no calls or emails about any changes to the appointment. The lack of communication and the absence of any apology for the inconvenience left me deeply disappointed. This level of unprofessionalism is concerning, and it's unfortunate to have experienced such a disorganized situation. Clear communication and respecting patients' time are essential in any professional setting. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works towards improving their services and communication channels. I hope no one else has to encounter such an unprofessional experience in the future.
