I usually love coming here, but my last visit was absolutely disappointing. The moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt off. The staff member who greeted me had such an attitude—it was like I was bothering him just by being there. I didn't expect that kind of reception, especially since I've been a loyal customer for a long time.
Instead of the warm welcome I've come to enjoy, I was met with eye rolls and a dismissive tone. It made me question why I keep coming back. If they don’t want customers to feel valued, then maybe it’s time to reconsider where I spend my time and money. I really hope this isn’t the new norm because it used to be a place I loved.
I’m visiting from Dallas, best hookah spot I been to in the city. If you’re visiting and stay in the city or the loop come here! It’s convenient and the hookahs are good. The owner (Cello) is super attentive. He came by and greeted us and made sure our hookah was good. I’ll definitely be back. They do Afrobeats on Wednesdays and Karaoke Thursdays. When I come back this is where I’ll be. Don’t meet me, beat me!
Love this place. The owner and the workers are so genuinely nice and they took such great care of us. You can tell they really care about the customers. The tea and coffee were really good. The atmosphere was so super friendly. It might feel a little sketchy when walking in but it’s such a genuine great place. Highly recommend.
Very small crowded corner spot, you’ve practically sitting on eachother lap but chill vibe.. mediocre music.. there are no prices anywhere or a menu.. ask the owner price for a hookah I was told 20$.. we didn’t kno the flavors either.. long story short I was paid 100$ for sitting it’s byob but 10$ a person even tho one person had a bottle and was the only drinker , I was charged twice for one hookah… then we were charged for the ppl who was not smoking 15$ a person. The person who lied to me refused to talk to me until I said I wasn’t paying.. I started to leave without paying first time going there wasn’t a fun experience and totally overpriced… I’ve since then been recommended to cheaper, bigger( better sitting arrangements), and open later as well hookah lounges.
Place is dirty and the hookah was so poorly made. I don't understand how they're still in business. First and last time I'll be going there I pay for one hookah $45
