Arabic Jalsa

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Arabic Jalsah, owned by Mr. Sawaf. I ordered an Arabic Jalsah set over three months ago and was required to pay the full price upfront via Zelle. Despite my request to make a partial payment and settle the rest upon delivery, Mr. Sawaf insisted on full payment. The initial promise was to deliver the furniture within 3-4 weeks. However, it has now been over three months, and I have yet to receive my order. After a few responses claiming the furniture was ready to be shipped from California, Mr. Sawaf has stopped responding altogether. This experience has been highly frustrating and seems to be a scam. I am planning to reach out to the Attorney General’s office to file a formal complaint against this business. I strongly advise others to be cautious and consider other options before dealing with this business. If you have to place an order, place it only using a credit card. Request a receipt.

We ordered our custom piece online and worked with Ms Swanson. She and the team were lovely. Our pieces shipped from Cali to KY and we just installed today. I cannot say enough about the quality. We love our new room. Thanks!!!
