2 years agoThe Lobby seating is well spaced during this COVID situation. Wait time is long. I think they should change the way they weight us. They call us in, walk us straight to the scales. Most times there is no place to put our belongings and if there is a chair available, we don"t know if it has been sanitized from the last person to use it. Why not take patients straight to their examine room, let us hang up our things, take our blood pressure, then weigh us.(and have something for patients to put on the scale for those that want to take their shoes off to be weighed. Some people have fungus that could be passed on and others keep their shoes on and that mess gets transferred to our feet and then back into our shoes until we get home to rewash our feet) Then they can walk us back to our rooms and when the doctor comes in to see us then he can take the pressure again and see our true readings. It is stressful, weighing before BP is taken. Change it and see how much better patients numbers are.
