ISAT was established in 1983 by active members of the community then. They purchased the current location at S. Center St., while they were establishing regular prayers at a rented building near the University of Texas at Arlington. In Ramadan of 1989, the mosque was opened to the Muslims after years of hard work. Later on, another building was added to the area that occupies the current location of Islamic School of Arlington Texas.

5 months agoSalaam Walakum (Islamic Greeting), This mesjid was a second home for me, I used to visit often and the community was like my family growing up. I ended up moving because Arlington has become too industrialized far too much going on in such a small town. With great sorrow it pains me to hear that since I have left there has been turmoil with the committee. May Allah (S.W.T) bring peace and justice back to his house and to reunite the community Ameen.

7 years agoI visited it once and I liked it. Medium size masjid/Mosque next to a Muslim school with enough parking spots. Often called ISAT masjid

10 months agoI think only the mosque who is not making business on religious facility . Very quiet and decent place . Saturday class for kids also with affordable prices . I love it . Better than other mosques who only care about money and donations.

a year agoExcellent Mosque. Every week there is special talk after Esha. Every Friday and Saturday the Emam teaches tajweed of Al-Quran after Esha. They follow authentic Hadithes. This Mosque provides a very good environment for kids. It has a small playground, few swings and slippers for kids.
