in the last weekTerrible service. Never see same dentist. Approach with faces covered so you have no idea who is giving you a service today. Donโt tell you who they are with the mask on just get to work on your teeth and the majority have no idea what they are doing. Disgusting for anyone who has dental anxiety โฆ..Extremely disrespectful demeanor towards clients ,gets attitude when questioned , due to lack of English speaking skills I guess..and the turnover of new employees should tell you something ..and also explain why you never get the same person twice . I will NEVER enter the office again

3 months agoIf I could say everything I wanted to this review would probably be 2 pages long so I'm gonna try to make this short. Dr. Tahi is literally THE GOAT ( GREATEST OF ALL TIME) She actually cares about her patients and puts us first! I have very high anxiety and I'm very scared of going to the dentist and she made sure I was very comfortable and felt safe. She explained everything that she was going to have to do and how long it could possibly take. The level of care and comfort she gave me I don't feel I would've been able to find in any other dental office. She was so gentle with me and even offered a 5 minute break when she saw I was getting distressed. The way she handle me can't be taught at any dental school so I know it was from the heart. I definitely recommend her for all your oral care needs. She's literally amazing and gives phenomenal service. I'm a lot to handle and she did it perfectly and efficiently!

2 weeks agoCaring Dental of Alexandria is the place to go if you need dental work/ check upโฆ.Overall, the staff is 10/10. If youโre looking for a dentist who combines professionalism with compassion, look no further than Dr. Nacera Tahi, she has natural ability to make her patients at ease, she makes even the most nervous patients like me feel confortable in the chair. What truly stands out to me itโs her attention de detail, whether itโs explaining each step of the treatment or checking every aspect of your general dental health, she never rushes and makes sure her patients understand whatโs going on. Dr. Nacera doesnโt just treat patients but she educates and empowers them to take better care of their teeth on the long term. Today, I visited Caring Dental for an emergency and she made herself available, her commitment to going above and beyond for her patients is evident. If youโre looking for a dentist who does see you as a person and not only as a patient, sheโs the one you need.

4 months agoThe Dentist and assistants were impeccable (5 starts for them), however the receptionist Amira was extremely rude. I was incorrectly charged by her, so now Iโll have an additional charge when I go back, when I called back to say that the estimate for a procedure was incorrect she then proceeded to tell me โlike I told you in person, itโs estimated at $600.โ Amira, then said sheโd call my insurance, and did not do that, I had to call with my insurance to ensure that she understood what I had to pay for my procedure. Interesting with my insurance on the phone, her tone changed drastically to be much more professional. Reading other bad reviews people have complained about this same person. Caring Dental please do better in this aspect, or move her to where she is not interacting with customers. Itโs one thing to have to deal with the pain of a procedure, but then to deal with an unprofessional attitude that is incorrectly charging you is unacceptable.
