smaa Ibrahim aims to provide great service and uses RealSatisfied to gather performance feedback and ratings from customers to ensure they do just that. RealSatisfied ratings are based on survey responses received from customers of agents that participate in the RealSatisfied service.
Agents request that the relevant RealSatisfied survey is sent to their customers on completion of a transaction. RealSatisfied operates as an independent 3rd party in issuing an invitation to the survey and collecting the response data on behalf of the agent.
