Very professional, polite, fast, and easy to understand (even if you have limited knowledge of jewelry). 1 ct , round cut, natural diamond center . 18 ct W gold bands, 2 ring wedding band outer with 1 band engagement inner ring. Appraisal for re-purpose . Size 6 . Special consideration for a disabled USMC Vet is much appreciated ๐, thank you. Keep up the great work

They were always accommodating to our needs and never pushy, making the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. My engagement ring is absolutely stunning, and I couldn't be happier with the quality and craftsmanship. We will definitely be returning to Azzi Jewelers for all our future jewelry purchases. 2 weeks agoStopped in to have a hollow/semi-solid gold necklace repaired. AZZI was not only able to fix it, but turned around the repair in under two days at a fair price. Itโs worth mentioning the work was done in store, so no need to ship anything out to a service center for my case. Brooke and Shari were both great to interact with and even the person who did the repairs was kind enough to answer a few questions. They have a great selection of watches ranging from G-shock and Seiko up to Omega and Rolex. The prices overall seemed fair on the ones I looked at a little closer but I didnโt try anything on. One thing to note is the location during peak traffic time can be a bit tricky getting out. Frandor overall isnโt laid out in any way that benefits drivers but AZZI is right on the corner where people are turning off 127 onto E Saginaw. Overall, AZZI provided a great experience and I would definitely take my repairs here in the future.

She was thorough and made sure I try several options before I decide! Sami was so fun to talk to; and we are overall very grateful to the experience! It was fun, easy, and super helpful.

a month agoBrooke and the staff were great. We had a last-minute addition to the wedding ring, and she communicated with us the whole way and assured us we would have our ring back on time and perfect. The ring came back even earlier than expected, and we couldn't have been happier.
