in the last weekI was very pleased with Baba's Grill. The portion sizes were much bigger โฌ๏ธ than I expected. The appetizer pita ๐ was amazing. The food was on par with that as well. My only complaint is the service was quite slow ๐ฆฅ

4 months agoWould rate this a 4.7. Really good Mediterranean food at a good price and large portions. Got the mixed Shwarma plate with a salad everything was well season and cooked well.

4 months agoBabaโs Grill serves some nice food. You can feel full, & appreciate some of it. Food: I went March 30th for Shish Mix Platter - Kafta [Tenderloin], Tawook [Chicken], & Kabob [Beef] - along with Hummus, Bread, and their sides. Each meat: Extremely tasty. ๐คค Grilled onions + grilled peppers tasted very delicious!๐ซ๐ Well-cooked, with a beautiful flavor. Platter came with fluffy yellow + white rice. I liked the red (decorative) powder. Both were fresh and hot, but each rice needed more seasoning. ๐ Regardless, the bread was nice! As for the sides: Baba could improve on these. Soup was... plain soup. Yet, the Hummus had more issues. It tasted bland. I wish they had - like other restaurants - better + more flavorful hummus.ย Inside: ๐ซ Thereโs dim lighting. It was so dark that I wondered if they were closing, or open. More lights would make me feel more comfortable. Service: โ I found that the cashier/server did not give estimates for the order. Until, about a couple of mins later. It would help if a time were shared after payment in the future. Overall, I feel thereโs room for improvement in their Flavor and Response time for their services. I appreciate the shish entrees, peppers, and bread the most. So, I recommend trying these vs other items.ย Babaโs Grill offers OK food. ๐ 3.5 stars | โญโญโญ/๐ซ

a month agoIt was honestly the best food in a long time in Dearborn. The staff was knowledgeable and took their time to explain the menu. I ordered food for 8 people and man was it good. Their salad that came with their platters was so good. A must try is their grilled meats. High quality meat and chicken. Very generous on their portions and honestly their prices were very fair.

in the last weekVery good food! I got the vegetarian platter, and the falafel was by far the best I've ever had! The hummus, baba ghanoush, and stuffed grape leaves were also quite good. I loved that they gave us free bread and garlic sauce, and all the employees were nice. Huge portions, so you can probably get one entree and share between two people. Would recommend for Middle Eastern food at a very reasonable price!
