Was going good until the front desk lady told me she can't let me be seen anymore because I miss too many appointments. Anyone with mental health issues knows you have memory loss. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
I called a very welcoming therapy office and they referred me to this place for a psychiatrist. I am highly impressed with the psychiatrist here being that he gave me a thorough evaluation along with my diagnosis by the end of our first visit. This has never happened to me before and Dr. Baddigam seems well versed in his profession. I feel like I am getting the care that I need coming here.
I have been going here for years, and have always been treated with respect. The doctors are both amazing. The receptionists are equally amazing. I am shocked to see the negative reviews, but people love to write about the negative. It is rare to see people stop to write something positive. Donโt believe everything you read. My mental health is the best it has ever been, and I have them to thank. So I 100% recommend them.
They refused care because I have a diagnosis of adhd along with many other diagnoses I have. Adhd was not even my main concern and when I called back to see what they specialize in the receptionist proceeded to argue with me and then hang up on me. When I called back many times they finally answered and put me on hold. The supervisor had then answered the phone and proceeded to tell me I was yelling (I was not, I was expressing my frustration due to them not listening to me) and she also argued with me and then hung up on me as well. I definitely do not recommend going to this facility due to the rudeness and attitudes I got from both staff personnel I had talked to. Absolutely unacceptable. Makes me wonder how many lives they costed due to them refusing care from one diagnosis they were not even going for. Disgusting.
Tried making an appointment here, the lady at the front desk.. unreal!!!!! All because my adhd diagnosis from middle school I had mentioned, they wonโt accept me.. I was never given meds or treated for adhd since middle school and Iโm 31!!!!
