a year agoFirst time here and I was pleasantly surprised by how kind, friendly, and helpful everyone was. I felt very comfortable speaking with Julia before I met Dr. Ramadan. He was just a breathe of fresh air. I havenโt seen a dr in a long time that is patient and doesnโt make you feel like an idiot or wasting his time asking questions. Walked in feeling as if there wasnโt much chance to get better but left feeling like thereโs hope for me yet! Thanks!

a year agoI find the office staff to be helpful and friendly. The Office Manager, as well as others have gone out of their way for me to make sure my needs were and are met. The wait time has never been more than 1/2 hour in the year I've been to the office. Dr. Ramadan is intelligent, compassionate and will take as much time as necessary to answer your questions and help with your needs. I recommend him and his staff highly.

a year agoEasily one of the kindest doctors I have ever met. He was extremely patient with me and allowed me to speak about things I felt - without shooting me down or making me feel dumb. He was quick and efficient.

a year agoDoc was an hour late for appointment, then sends in a prescription and doesn't put the dosage, does not answer phones when called, had to bug scheduling to get a hold of someone. Second time the send it in still wrong, this facility is a JOKE!
