9 months agoThe doctors office is the worst I will confirm this. I have not received my prescription correction in over 30 days and no reply from my calls several times. Finally after 3 weeks got to talk to the doctors assistant with assured me it would be taken care of and call me back to confirm it. This has never happened no call and no prescription corrections so I have gone without my script for over 30 days! So much for taking care of your patients! I will seek a new office!

3 years agoI've been coming here for almost 15 years. Everyone is fantastic! Top quality care and I really feel like I am more that just a case. Dr. Saks, Dr. Jamal, Sharon, Monique... all truly carrying healers. If you have heart problems, this is the place to go for help.

7 years agoBeth and Lynn are terrible stress testing personnel. Beth ask if I liked needles we have another problem. Why am I there? I don't look like I should be there. Why did I move to Arizona? Just humiliated me! Beth sent me to the restroom in the hallway. Lynn sent the white male to the restroom in the office suite. Why? Lynn peep around the corner to observe me as if they've never seen anyone like me. The lady with the brace on her arm said she is superwoman and can look at me and tell if I need a test. Beth put me under the scan device, push the button and said now we cook you. Lynn question me to the 3rd degree. Lynn later apologize saying they were making small talk. Beth continued about my work history. She said you have to be sharp and on the ball to be a police dispatcher. We're you bright enough to do that. Why you stay in Tonopah? Are you hiding? Yeah that's it he's hiding, as she laughed with joy. Beth put me in the lobby next to a nosy lady that ask, Why am I there? My blood pressure was elevated with their humiliation! These ladies are going down a bad road with their gross disrespect. They must apologize.

7 years agoI was there for them to do a mitro clip procedure on me. Dr. Byrne did the procedure. He did a wonderful job. I went in with a badly leaking heart valve and left with no detectable leaks. He put in 3 mitro clips and it took some time. The check in with Sarah was very pleasant. She is a warm and uplifting nurse. The procedure, well, i was out in 2 minutes. All the doctors and nurses were just fantastic. The aftercare with my nurse Loren, miss energy, and night nurse Darlene was phenominal. I have always been very shy about personal stuff, (first time having a catheter ) but the nurses at Abrazo made me just feel human, like them. That was probably the most important thing. Also, i was ready to get released home and i was ready and wanted to. But a car had knocked down two telephone poles on our block and the power was out on our whole block. Neighbors kept me informed and the Abrazo Arizona Heart Hospital let me stay longer as it would have been too hot for too long at home. That was good of them. I have to give them 5 stars. They were great and really have some special nurses. What i found is that, if your going to be unco-operative and just complain all the time. Well, they are only human too. But they will still do their best. I made a point to try to cooperate to the best of my ability and tried to be polite. They seem to respond to that, just like anywhere else. If something is not working, usually letting them know whats wrong will go a long way. William McCabe
