Bloom OB/GYN

I love Bloom! My experience with every single doctor or NP thus far has been very positive. I am also extremely grateful that every time I call, I can get through to someone and the doctors are all very responsive to my Portal messages. I feel very well taken care of and in good hands with my first pregnancy.

Bloom was the best experience I’ve ever had with a doctor’s office/practice. Appointments ALWAYS ran on time, care providers were kind and courteous, and they accommodated several appointment changes late in my pregnancy without hesitation. Visits were typically short - if you’re looking for midwife-like care with lots of talking or long visits, this may not be the place for you, but if you want good doctors/staff who treat you well and work efficiently, this is the place to go. Dr. Osmun performed my wife’s c-section and we could not be happier. He is very professional and knowledgeable . Having performed Oral surgery myself and my wife is a nurse; I watched the entire procedure and greatly appreciated his skills and his compassion for his patients and work. He went further by rolling her out of the surgery to the recovery room and gave us a bloom gift for our daughter. I’ve already recommended 2 people for this practice. Thank you !

My husband and I decided to use Bloom because we wanted to give birth at Sibley. The office was so clean and the staff were timely and beyond nice. Because I was using it for an OB, I rotated around the various doctors and NPs so I could meet them all, since we don’t know who would be on call. Of course, we had our favorites but everyone was professional. The bouncing around did get a little annoying toward the end of my pregnancy though because of my white coat syndrome making my bp sky rocket in the office (hello, you’re waiting to see if your baby is ok, of course it would skyrocket), and some doctors knew it would calm down after the visit, while I was sent straight to the ER with another. But I get it, they were doing their job looking out for me and baby. The only doctor I didn’t meet in my rounds was Dr. Loveland due to her having to be in surgery for my scheduled appointment. I had read a review before going to Bloom that someone didn’t like her bedside manner so of course I was a little worried when she ended up being my doctor for my scheduled csection (breech), but I loved her. My husband and I joke that the second she walked in with her Fratagonia, we knew we were in good hands. She (and the doctors/nurses at Sibley) kept us yapping during the csection which made it a lot less stressful. My scar is healing beautifully and Dr. Loveland was very helpful with my recovery questions in my follow up appointments. Will go back to Bloom if we have more kids in the future.

Bloom team is always so attentive, usually quite on time too which is important! I haven't met a team member I didn't like and everyone is so kind. My first pregnancy and they have made me feel very comfortable.
