iโve been here for 4 appointments (annual checkup, results, blood draw, and results for that) and besides the blood draw, Iโve waited an hour+ every appointment to be seen with no updates or apologies for having to wait for so long. i had to come into the office and wait over an hour on two separate occasions for test results that could have just been told to me over the phone. the doctor and nurses are nice and i understand itโs a smaller independent practice, but an hour wait for every appointment is crazy
This place seems super unprofessional and unorganized. I originally made an appt for 10am and then called back not even 10 mins later to reschedule for a later time in the afternoon (1:40pm) the lady i spoke too told me thatโs fine iโll be rescheduled. Come the day of the appointment i get a call from the office telling me i missed my 10am appt and i was never actually rescheduled? Also they donโt take appointments later than 1pm?So why was I given a reschedule time of 1:40pm? (The office closes at 2pm.) So unprofessional and unorganized. Highly disappointed. This is also the first doctors office to not send out any appointment reminders or appointment confirmation. If theyโre this unorganized with appointments, I wonder what else in the office is unorganized and not in control.
Doctor Mona Gomaa is such an attentive and caring doctor! I recommend her to all my friends and family! These kind of doctors are hard to find these days
We delivered two babies boy with Dr. Mona Gomaa . She is a great doctor, who cares about her patients to much. she helped me and my wife with everything and supported me for many things. she didn't care about money. She explains everything in an easy way . We never had any issues . We had an excellent experience with her and would highly recommend her. she deserve more than 5 stars
Dr. Gomaa is a really great doctor, who clearly cares about her patients. She's gone above and beyond to help me work through insurance issues, which is clearly not why she went to medical school. She even saw me when I didn't have insurance she didn't care about the money she didn't charge a single penny to see without insurance. She comes in early, and has appointments available late. She never rushes the patient and clearly explains everything in an easy to digest way. My pregnancy was high risk and she payed very very close attention to me and the baby. Her office is very clean and the bathroom is very clean. I never had any issues because she genuinely cares for her patients. I had a very good experience with her and would highly recommend her. Don't let a negative review be the reason to not go to her. she is not a box of chocolate to be making everyone happy. For her alone, 5 stars and she deserves it.
