If you look at this place at a glance from outside, you might reconsider going in because it doesn't have the look and feel of a restaurant; it feels more like a takeout place. We came as a family and decided to try this place because we love Yemeni food. The guy behind the counter initially seemed unwelcoming but turned out to be a pleasant person. We were going to order more than two items, but he advised against it, saying that what we had ordered was already enough food. He knew it would be sufficient and didn't want us to waste money. Loved that! We ate as much as we could and still had enough leftovers for one person, which we took to go. We will most definitely visit again.

Incredible food! I have never been to a restaurant which exclusively Yemeni food, and first experience was wonderful. I ordered a Lamb Mandi, and it was very well cooked. The lamb was melting from the shank, and the biryani was well steamed and flavourful. It comes with a side salad and veggie spicy curry, which added good flavor to the whole entree. The portion is huge for the price, I ordered one entree for my girlfriend and I, and we went home with leftovers. Definitely recommend this place!!!

Came here after hearing about it for so long. Sad to say, it was very underwhelming. We first ordered half chicken mandi, and they brought the food out in less than 5min. I was surprised it was so quick. Touched the chicken, and it's barely warm. The rice was delicious and hot, but the chicken got cold so fast and was severely lacking in taste. We then added a lamb mandi since we saw the other tables with piping hot trays of lamb mandi. When ours came, the rice was lukewarm. At this point, we are just turned off by our food and just nibbled on the lamb and had the rice that came with the chicken. They also don't have any highchair for kids. Overall, I won't be coming back, nor will I be able to recommend it.

We have tried their food multiple times. It's best when you dine in. They give you a big portion of rice, and meat is fresher. We love their lamb/chicken haneeth. Lamb/chicken mandi and grilled salmon. We have taken a takeout a couple of times. First of all, the rice portion is less compared to what they serve you in restaurant, and meat wasn't fresh both time, sadly. Meat was dry, felt warmed up, and went bad in fridge in one night. I hope they serve equally good quality food for dining in and taking out customers. Parking is a bit hard around them. Restaurant is usually clean. Mostly men are sitting there to eat, so it doesn't give you a family Restaurant vibes. bit, we went in with family multiple times, and the staff was kind, friendly, and accommodating.

This place was incredible. Ive never had Yemeni food before and I am so glad I came here. The lamb haneed was so tender and succulent it fell apart to the touch of a spoon. The rice was fantastically fragrant, gently spiced and buttery. The bread was warm, the curry was comforting, and the atmosphere was delightful. For the price too, this place was more than worth it!
