After Being succesfull at running The Family restaurant (Hedary's) in Fort Worth Marios Hedary decided to expand on the Family business ,He opend Byblos Mediterranean Lebanese Restaurant and Hookah lounge near The stockyards in Fort worth in 1992 .Marios Hedary one of the Hedary's clan still see day to day operation at Byblos . Wile other family members see operations at the original Hedary's on the west side in Fort Worth , and othe members of the family run the Alen Location,and two Other location In Las Vegas. Hedary's and Khoury's.

The Hedary family has ben a staple for years in the DFW area The family moved to the states back in 1976 after leaving a 300 set restaurant located on the out securts of beiruit do to the civil war in Lebanon.of all places the the Hedary family seteled if Fort Worth Texas, Antoione Hedary and wife Liala Heday with their nine children opend their first restaurant in Fort Worth Texas on White settlement road , after being in bussines for a year they missed the home land , they sold the restaurant and went back to Lebanon, 15 day's later they were back in the USA, thing in Lebanon had gotten worth do to the war, they restablished Hedary's in Fort Worth Texas with their freind Bill debose ,after a wille the partnership took a turn and Antoine Hedary became the sol propieter , all nine childern worked the Hedary's ,now thirt three years later all kid have grown up and wanted to be in the business They are operating the original Hedary's , Byblos near the Stockyard, Alen TX. and Las Vegas

3 months agoMarios, Miss Connie, Nateer and Miss Yvette are the BEST! They make the tastiest food, provide a relaxing atmosphere with excellent service! Go try the lunch buffet. You can try a lot the menu items! Fridayโs they service the best fish! They are allergy friendly. I have a peanut allergy and have been safely eating here for years!

9 months agoOverall amazing food, service, and atmosphere. Our waitress was so sweet (was her second day, but so welcoming and efficient). We went pretty late so caught a 10 min glimpse of the belly dancing. We decided to go with the shareable feast because we wanted to try so many things but it was definitely meant for 3-4 people. It came with the app sampler and multiple kebobs which were super tasty. Even the house salad was spiced perfectly. So much food and two drinks for under $100. We took some things home, but if we had more room the entire meal would have been devoured. They make their own pita, and our only regret was not getting a chance to try their pizza. Will definitely be back.

2 weeks agoThis was mine and my husbands first time to Byblos and it was so good from the appetizers, dinner, and dessert! My husband even got to try Turkish coffee, which he loved! We were too early for the belly dancers but weโll see them next time. If you havenโt been here, run donโt walk to Byblos!!!

4 months agoWe came in for the hookah lounge and it was the perfect atmosphere for a night of relaxation! The area they have for smoking is absolutely ideal! The service was wonderful, the hookah lasted a great amount of time and smoked well the whole time! My husband and I try lounges when we come to visit Ft Worth and this is by far our favorite! We plan on coming back to try the food next time we are in town because it looks and smells amazing but sadly we had eaten before we came this time saving this to our favorites list for sure!
