a month agoi absolutely adore dr. dulai, she is so fun and personable and you can tell she really cares about you, your health, and your experience. HOWEVER, it is pretty much impossible to get in touch with this office. i had to play phone tag for days just to schedule an appointment, and sometimes if you leave a voicemail or write a message on the patient portal it takes days for them to get back to you, if they do at all. i love being a patient here, it is not about the staff or doctors - they have all been super friendly and nice. they just do not call or message back and for a doctors office, the lack of communication is really frustrating because my health is important and sometimes there are non-emergency but still time sensitive issues.

2 months agoThis place is horrible with your pregnancy journey. Doesnโt share any information with what to expect. I am expecting my first baby and was very disappointed with the doctors. Dr. Costely gave me bad news about my labs however, didnโt explain anything or help me understand what she was saying. She is unsympathetic and emotionless. She handed me a tissue and left. Which I found very unprofessional. Dr. Dulai is super insulting doesnโt have any manners. She is rude and treated me like a transaction. I have been trying for a baby for three years and my first trimester with both these doctors were horrible. I used to be scared and afraid for my appointment. If you are visiting this clinic for your pregnancy I highly recommend changing your OBGYN. They do not follow proper procedures and cut corners. They do not care for you or your baby. Dr. Gray is pretty good if youโre not pregnant. The only person thatโs amazing in this place is Kristen at the front desk. She is the most helpful and genuine person. Thank you Kristen for the all the support. I appreciate you.

5 months agoI had a great experience at Capital Womenโs Care. Dr. Costley was very informative and nurturing throughout my health journey. The front desk and nursing staff were always helpful and timely. Dr. Costley was very professional and understanding leading up to my surgery and had a calming presence in the day of my surgery. Nadine. the office manager was very helpful and quick when I had forms that needed to be completed.

a month agoI am never shocked at how well I am treated. Nadine, Marcela, Dr. Bouchon, and Dr. Tyan were phenomenal. I have been here many times before and I am truly treated like family. I love it here.
