a month agoFirst half was in Arabic, gave me a chance to practice. Don't like that the women's entrance is around the back alley by a dumpster, haven't these people seen Little Mosque on the Prairie? Not a lot of women, I just answered my own inquiry. We are in a separate room, watching a loud live video recording, Can stay at home and do this. Restroom needs to be cleaned, spiderwebs at the sink, didn't notice them until after I performed wudu. I only got to speak to one sister. Another woman like at Fataar a different masjid tells you not to sit with the soles of your feet at the Kaaba, which is ridiculous, if we have our toes pointing that way during physical prayer as we stand. I've actually heard this at a Vipassanna meditation retreat, concerning the yogi, so it probably is a Hindi or Buddhist tradition. It is not in the Quran, it's just a possible (Indian) scholarly addition. Even if our soles are pointed at the Kaaba/Qibla or now I'm thinking at the imam. There is a wall between us, so you have to have a very strong aura to penetrate the wall. I suppose, they don't want your energy pointed at other people, because, I'm sure, it can't get to Mecca, it is definitely too far. Even if we are considering chakras. Maybe if you're wearing socks, it might help, like when your head is covered, so the jinn can't see your aura. Hmm, lot to process here. We needed some water bottles too, since the brothers area up front had some. There was a non practicing Muslim woman with her offspring asking for money outside, she should have been invited in. The tree needs to be cut down, because, it is obscuring the sign. We definitely need women imams, since the men don't want to see us. Make us use different entrances, also this place turned off the mic, so I don't know if they had any announcements.

7 months agoWhy is the khutba not divided into Arabic and English? People have to go to work or what not maybe they donโt have time to ask for translation and if the women are to come who will translate for them, the imam and the translator should get together and figure something out before the khutba, some of the people donโt listen to a reminder all week and jummah is the only reminder they hear and they are being withheld from benefiting.. ุงููู ุงูู ุณุชุนุงู
