In 2008, Hakima Elamiri had a vision of an international bilingual school where children could learn Islamic religious values and American citizenship. Today, she has realized her vision by having created a vibrant learning center with children and teachers representing 31 countries. Ms. Hakima is widely recognized for her great devotion to children and her infinite patience and wisdom. She is a hands-on director who knows the personality, temperament, strengths, weaknesses and family background of every child in the school. COTW is fruition of Ms. Hakimaโs loveย of children and her commitment to their education,ย development, and successful preparation for the future.
Children of the World offers Arabic language classes by native speakers in addition to our standard academic curriculum. Did you know that Arabic is the official (or co-official) language in 22 countries?
Or that itโs the 5th most spoken language in the world, used by over 250 million people?ย ย When you place your child into our care, you allow them to receive all of the benefits of an early bilingual program. Research has demonstrated that bilingual children experience a number of advantages throughout their lives.
COTW isnโt simply a daycare center โ it is a learning center that focuses on getting your child ready for a world full of diverse people and cultures.

9 months agoI recently enrolled my daughter at The Children Of The World school and I must say, it has been an incredible experience so far. The staff at the school are not only caring but also very loving towards all the students. They go above and beyond to ensure that each child is taken care of and that their individual needs are met through enriching teaching methods. One thing that stands out about this school is the dedication of the staff to ensure that every student reaches their milestones. They understand the importance of providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for the children to grow and learn. The teachers are attentive and work closely with the students, providing individualized attention and support. My daughter absolutely loves going to school and is always excited about going back the next day. The school also offers a range of extracurricular activities, which further enhances the overall learning experience of each child. I do have one regret, and that is not enrolling my daughter at The Children Of The World school earlier. Seeing her enthusiasm and growth in such a short span of time has been truly rewarding. I am grateful for the caring and loving environment that the school provides, and I highly recommend it to any parent seeking a nurturing and enriching educational experience for their child.

8 months agoMy almost 3 years old twins have been going to COTW for about 3 months now and they love it. Since their first week, they enjoyed every minute and loved the atmosphere. You feel very welcomed and it is like a second home for them. Their teachers are just amazing and they learned so much in such a short period. Even as parents, We feel at ease that the education they get at the school mimics how we envision our kids to grow and learn.

11 months agoChildren of the World has been a wonderful experience for my 2-year-old. His enthusiasm to attend, even on weekends, speaks volumes about the engaging environment they provide. The focus on discipline, self-confidence, and multilingual skills (English, Arabic, French) is impressive. Additionally, the emphasis on hands-on learning adds a valuable, interactive dimension to their education. Highly recommended!

10 months agoIโve enrolled my two children in children of the world, and I have been thoroughly impressed with the quality of care and education provided. The environment is warm, inviting, and perfectly tailored for young children. The staff are exceptional; they are not only highly qualified but also genuinely caring and attentive to each child's needs. My older son started learning Arabic and it went smoothly. No stress, no frustration. Before this school, my son went to Russian speaking school. He had stress and was biting his nails. In this school starting with new language we didnโt have any stress. All because teachers of โchildren of the worldโ are amazing lovely teachers. What stands out the most is the curriculum. It strikes a perfect balance between play-based learning and structured educational activities, ensuring that children are engaged and learning while having fun. The range of activities โ from arts and crafts to basic literacy and numeracy skills โ is impressive and well thought out. Communication with parents is another strong point. The staff provides regular updates and is always available to discuss my child's progress or any concerns I might have. The level of transparency and involvement is reassuring. Additionally, the facility is clean, safe, and well-equipped with a variety of resources to aid in children's development. The outdoor play area is a particular favorite, offering a safe and stimulating environment for physical activity. Overall, this daycare and preschool is a nurturing, educational, and fun environment for children. I highly recommend it to any parent looking for quality early childhood education and care.

10 months agoWe're delighted with our experience at COTW daycare! The transition from Birds to Sprouts has been seamless for our daughter, thanks to the caring teachers. Her genuine happiness during drop-off and pick-up reflects the positive atmosphere. We appreciate how she's become friendlier and happier, and it's impressive that she's learning to count in Arabic along with picking up Arabic words. The holistic development and joyous environment make COTW a top choice for our child's early education.
