7 months agoMy husband & I searched the area for a good hookah place & Cloud exceeded our expectations!! Service, hookah & tea was phenomenal!! Respectful & professional staff! Highly recommend it. Great list of flavors! I wish they had food though!

5 months agoItโs a vibe. Love the seating. Iโve been to a lot of hookah places and i can say for sure Iโve never had a hookah that didnโt burnโฆ.Until now! Was there for 1.5 hr and it never taste burnt. Iโll be back for sure.

7 months agoVisiting Orlando for our anniversary. Came in and the owner was very kind helping us pick out a great fruity flavor hookah with some hot tea and Laziza(which we never had before). We sat for a few hours and we never felt neglected. Service and atmosphere was great. Highly recommend for a chill experience!

6 months agoThe best hookah lounge in Orlando, no questions asked! Clean hookah & fresh shisha? No problem. Lattes, teas, shakes? The yummiest. Atmosphere? I didnโt want to leave! In all seriousness, the staff is very attentive and accommodating and constantly changing out the coal. The location is aesthetically beautiful, clean, and spacious. Both inside and outside seating, with a space heater to keep you warm! 10/10 I highly recommend.

4 weeks agoThis is hands down one of the best hookahs I've ever tried. They have this amazing special mix of tobacco that feels like itโs straight from paradise. The service was top-notch; Alexia kept popping by to check on us with her classic line, โdoing ok?โ Salameh and I think his nick name was ู ููุฏุณ was also everywhere.. The owners were super friendly too, making sure we were all good. Iโd totally recommend this place for any family or friends get-together
