The manager is Lebanese, very kind and respectful person. Atmosphere is great and drinks are good.

The owner is a super nice gentleman who prioritizes customer satisfaction, cleanliness, and amazing service. Definitely a vibe for Friday and Saturday nights for socializing, and they have card games to play too.

One of the best hookah places in Chicago. The service was wonderful. Mike was so attentive and accommodating. We had an amazing experience. The service was outstanding, and the hookah was exactly what I was looking for. Mike went above and beyond to help us find the best hookah flavour. He has magic in his hands. Thank you

Super amazing place, very chill and peaceful. in the summer you can smoke outside. Michael was super friendly and on top of coals. Always asking if i needed anything and gave me his recommendation. The hookah flavor lasted the entire time i was there. about 2-3 hours. which is amazing to me as the flavor usually fades long before then. highly recommend, this will be my hookah place. they also have Wi-Fi and a good menu. i just tried the lemon mint mousse. it was delicious.

Everything was going well until it came time for the bill to be paid, once the owner brought the bill I gave him a 15% tip. He asked why I didn’t give 20% and started becoming rude and saying things like “I don’t need your money” and “I did so much for you, how can you give me 15%.” Then carried onto say “I make a lot of money every year, I don’t need your small tip.” There was nothing exceptional about the service. He just brought our hookahs and drinks. The hookah was not even good. It was completely inappropriate to become aggressive with a customer just because you don’t think the tip was on par with what you perceive to be reasonable. Will not be coming again, and I advise everyone to stay away unless you plan on being forced to tip 20-25% for no reason.
