Jeyna at Cozy Beauty Salon brought me back to life with a relaxing steam treatment, trim and color to keep my grays in check. Jeyna is a very accomplished stylist and Educator, my tresses are growing so beautifully after just 2 appointments. I'm definitely trying to stay on her books biweekly... get in line ladies and treat yourself.✨️ Beautiful atmosphere, great location and parking, pleasant and relaxing overall enjoyable experience well worth every penny!

I went to Studio #14 ( Makeup by Arya) to have makeup done. I was throwing a small engagement party in my apartment and really just wanted to have something simple so had scheduled for the formal package in this place with Hanady Kadry. I went there with a friend who came to visit me from out of state. When Hanady heard “engagement”, she became extremely rude and threatened to cancel the appointment. She got so mad and tried to force me to choose the engagement package which was almost double the cost and added product and shading that I did not want to have done. I told her that I wanted to have a simple or nature look and then she gave me so much attitude saying that oh I’m putting make up on you what do you mean by natural as if she has never heard this word before. She told my friend to “keep quiet and leave the store”. I had to talk to her so much to keep her calm and distracted so that she doesn’t mess up with my make up, bc I had no other choice.. during entire time I felt so uncomfortable and nervous. What was even more shocking was that at the time of payment she chose her own tip, again, I didn’t want to even tip her after all the passive aggression and rudeness , but she chose her own tip and she chose a high amount. Because I really didn’t want to deal with her attitude, and I was afraid that she’s going to start shouting around, and make a mess … I just made the payment and left the store.. This was my first experience in this studio and i would not recommend anyone to go and have their make up done by this person. A friend of mine initially recommended this place to me , but she recommended make up to be done by Arya. I haven’t personally met with Arya however she was the one who scheduled this appointment for me in the last moment which I appreciate because I couldn’t find anyone else. Arya is polite and caring person, she goes above and beyond to help. Unfortunately, this girl she works with is not the same. You wouldn’t really want to have a person like this that ruins your special day or moments like this.

This salon is freaking beautiful and gorgeous. It's so nice. Looks beautiful on the inside. Taken care of well. Smells lovely. I love going to my nail artist here!

I really enjoy this location. I get my color at The Hair Lab suite. The public bathrooms are clean, the waiting area is comfortable. There's even a sofa directly outside the suite just in case the lobby is full. As long as your stylist book properly, you won't have to wait long because there's only two seats and one shampoo bowl inside. Very chic design and comfortable. Best salon, I feel safe and comfortable. Still a lovely place to go ❣️
