Sherif was incredible and very welcoming. He made our night unforgettable! I highly recommend this place for an after-hours hangout. The customer service was excellent. We'll definitely be back! The hookah and drinks were great. You can play your own music and set your own vibe. And it's a great place to retreat to a calm and quiet environment.

I had an incredible experience at Cozy Cafe! The ambiance is relaxing, the staff is friendly, and the hookahs are top-notch with a wide variety of flavors. What made my visit even more special was that the owner allowed me to put on my own music, creating a personalized and enjoyable atmosphere. It’s the perfect spot to unwind with friends and relax. Went here with my boyfriend for the first time randomly and the guy was really nice and hospitable. We had the passion fruit hookah--which had a good taste, I had the mango juice and my bf had the pineapple juice. We also got chicken tenders. It was a nice and relaxed atmosphere where we could talk and cuddle. Very good experience and felt like we were in a different world than NYC.
