There is chicken with green olives and preserved lemons, that classic of the tagine repertory. The olives are more tart than the lemons, which have a fragrance thatโ€™s more floral than fruity. Fat, pink shrimp arrive in a bright-red tomato sauce that is very lightly seasoned, apart from fresh cilantro. For cubes of beef liver, the kitchen makes an entirely different tomato sauce, a thick gravy dark with the funk of offal. The spices in it are so closely integrated that you can only guess at their identities. Cinnamon? Paprika? Not everyone likes liver cooked so thoroughly, but if liver is going to be firm and chewy, this is the right kind of sauce for it.

Iโ€™m still at the restaurant, but it was outstanding that I couldnโ€™t wait to share my great experience with anyone looking for a delicious meal! I had the best lamb chops in my life!! (not exaggerating). My husband had chicken tajine, it was so good (I tried everyoneโ€™s food of course). The atmosphere is terrific! I didnโ€™t catch his name but the waiter was so welcoming and helpful. Once you walk in youโ€™re greeted with a Moroccan tea serving which literally feels like going to eat at your mamaโ€™s house. The Moroccan salad also was so fresh, after all the junk we had in the square, it was refreshing. Do yourself a favor and try their food! Update: returned two years later and the food was as amazing as the first time. The eggplant dip with flat bread was fresh, delish and light. My favorite lamb chops were juicy and delicious as last time. The burger was also juicy and had all the right ingredients. The complimentary tea at the end was a great end to a delightful experience. See you again next summer!

Itโ€™s amazing to finally have an authentic Moroccan cuisine around hereโ€ฆGreat food, great service very welcoming and theyโ€™re super clean and the atmosphere is very calming. We were a large group and they were able to accommodate us rapidly and efficiently. The oriental deserts were delicious and professionally made and fresh. Overall the experience was great and recommend it to anyone.

Great Algerian cuisine with a variety of dishes. Plates or sandwiches, sure youโ€™ll love the taste of every bite. Some people wrote bad reviews complaining about the service, may be they donโ€™t like the owner but the service is wonderful. I highly recommend trying their menuโ€ฆ
