Dearborn Cardiology

The office is beautiful, but the staff is so friendly, helpful, and pleasant! Julie was very nice 👍 and friendly, she just made you feel at home. They really make you feel welcome here! The Aquatic wall display is awesome ! There are various paintings 🖼 through out the offices that show the Doctor’s appreciation of art! Tara👸 was also very helpful! The whole staff presented themselves as enjoying being at work not just being at work! That is a great 👍 feeling for a person who needs their services!

First time calling the Dearborn Cardiology Department, i spoke with a girl named Tina who was the rudest individual I've ever spoke to in my entire life. she is the face of the operation as a first time caller, not only did she have me mixed up with the wrong person according to my date of birth . She spoke my name wrong..then said to me you know what I mean..along with other phone tactics that were unacceptable. she is the reason that I will not come to the Dearborn office...I switched everything over to the taylor office..where at least there nice to talk to and willing to help me out..and go the xtra mile

Where should I start it's so many positive things to say. My Mom is a new patient at this location and from the very first day me and my Mom walked into this office the atmosphere was very welcoming and comfortable. The office looks like a page from a magazine so beautiful you can tell that some thought and time was put into the layout details and the design from the different types of fish displayed on the walls highlighted in lights to the fireplace that sits in the middle of the floor with the flat screen tv attached. The comfortable seating is amazing rather you sit by the fireplace or just along the wall its comfy and they even have seating placed where you can also charge up your phone while sitting in a comfy chair. The staff is so professional and friendly with positive smiles, there are also several doctors at this location. Dr Blaceri is my Moms doctor and I truly love how detailed she is and how she communicated with me and my Mom about certain things pertaining to her health. I truly appreciate you Dr Blaceri as well as your staff along with the other doctors that are in this office. God Bless each and everyone of you continue to do a wonderful job

After receiving 3 emails and I phone call to remind me of my appointment. I drove 2.5 hours to arrive at my appointment only to be told my doctor no longer worked there and I would have to reschedule. I informed them I would take my business elsewhere. There is no excuse for anyone to be treated this rudely!

I drove 30 minutes to my appointment to be told Dr. Kenes is no longer at Dearborn Cardiology and I need to reschedule. I received three reminders for my appointment two days before. How hard is it to let patients know that their doctor is gone and appointments are cancelled? At least cancel the automated appointment reminders.
