4 months agoCurrently sitting in a wheelchair not a bed in a dirty room. There is blood or something on the curtain and what looks like the top of a syringe with blood in it. Iโm cold and feel ignored. I came here because I didnโt like Henry ford hospital but they treated me way better and actually cared to let you know what was going on. This hospital use to be way better but it has definitely gone downhill.

2 months agoI witnessed the ER nurses cursing talking in a huddle derogatory about patients! Horrible need to be retrained on bed side manner or just how to treat people with dignity!!! Or go work somewhere else!

5 months agoThe ER Doctor, Dr. Meyer, contacted me by telephone in regards to my husband, who has dementia, and had arrived there from the nursing home. She also took the time to call me back after completing tests and informed me of the plan of care. She is very intelligent, a good listener, and extremely kind. She was a blessing to me and my husband.

3 months agoI just rush my brother to receiving hospital after getting a call from his job stating he can't breathe. Security walking around after I told them the situation, still never got a nurse after listening to his breathing and knowing he may have to be back on oxygen. It's been over 30 minutes he's shaking and crying with lack of oxygen and no one has called him to the nurse station. This is terrible Er no Answer, nurse station no one is there. Remind you we're talking about the emergency room. They'll have a lot of law suits with this type of neglect to patients in need of medical attention!!! So sad

5 months agoI had to call the ER and once I finally had someone answer the phone, I spoke to a very nice young man named Ayman. He was extremely helpful and nice. The Doctor on duty called back and was very knowledgeable about dementia. Very polite and thoughtful. She listened to my concerns.
