Beware I was told it was a turn keyand beautiful it was very filthy and I was told that he had been in here very beautiful , what a joke , they were still moving out when my daughter was to pick up the keys , they left trash and very filthy , home inspector missed stuff and said the seller did something to the hot water in the kitchen . lol I paid my Realator’s fee and thought he was looking out for my best interest, I did authorize him to do the inspection ,, my daughter was here only to see if there were blinds and to pick up keys, I called Nathan and inspector to tell them what I had received , I was only told about the roof , and Nathan had the report I was unable to look at it when he sent and everyone is blaming everyone else , what a joke , I was looking at purchasing some land , but will use different company and realator ,I know the truth and do do they , and I was the one that found the house Nathan wrote the contract and mislead me about it being a turn key and so beautiful - in the end I am going to the Realator’s board and if I have to sue I will, I have retained a attorney but thought this could be handle with , inspector fixing the water in the kitchen and the water line so I could hook up ice maket( he missed that to) and a broken window and I would eat the rest but if they want me to go to court and the board and I have all the info from the sellers I can go to court and let them decide who is at fault ???? I have my texts where I told him it was ok for him to do the walk thru and where I told him I didn’t have the same report as he did!. So beware very shady and this is just some of the beautiful turn key house - he needs a dictionary!

Daryl Wizinsky my realtor did a great job selling my family home . He convinced me I could sell for more than I thought I could get. He sold the house in one day. Great job Daryl.

I was a client of Brookstone Realtors I have had my 6k in escrow for over 6 months without any response from the agent or broker owner. The agent was also the buyer who made over 21k on the transaction as a commission. You can't act as an agent when it is convenient for you then as a buyer when it is convenient. When you performed both duties during the process. Now we have to wrap the transaction up and the buyer realtor has not responded. My funds cannot be released until the buyer/realtor signs that she has occupancy. It has been over six months since she took occupancy
