This office is extremely busy. The staff in the front to the nurses and doctors are top notch. Very knowledgeable and attentive to your ailments. I've been treated by Dr. Abdulmassih and his staff for almost 15 years. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Miriana holds a special place in my heart. She is one in a million. Great group of people here.
I just left this review and now Iโm calling trying to schedule an appointment and the front desk girl hung up on me! This is crazy. Idk whatโs going on but I love dr Abdulmassih his office staff however idk I donโt really interact with them tbh. But this the worst customer service Uber ever gotten anywhere! Hands down rude AF.
Dr Abdulmassih has been my primary for about 12 years five or take. I donโt often see him because Iโm bad at keeping up with my health, however every time I do he always tears me so well! Always mentions how โitโs been a while since I seen you lastโ (idk if he remembers me that well because Iโm wish washy & I know he has TONS of patients). I was referred to him by my friends late mother. He is the ONLY doctor Iโve kept up with for myself EVER. He truly is so kind and easy to talk to.
Any time I try to call them they never answer their phone. I leave them voicemail messages and I leave them clearly with my phone number multiple times and they never return my phone call. I literally have to go out of my way drive to the doctors office which ever location theyโre at just to schedule an appointment for my father. Unfortunately, if the appointment was for me, I would never go to the doctor, but the fact that my father does not speak English. He has no choice but to go to the doctor because he speaks his language, not understanding why no one picks up the phone
The Doctor office never pickes up your call even when you are trying to make an appointment the people at the desk very rude when you go there I have told the Doctor about his front people not picking up the call he just do nothing about because they keep on not picking up the call so in order to schedule an appointment you have to go to the office
Horrible staff! Nobody answers their phone!!! Prepare to call for 5-10 times until someone picks up. The doctor never stay in the room more than 3 minutes rushes you out, but the wait to see him is 3 hours. If you ask the front desk why it is taking so long, they ask you to leave or reschedule. Do not recommend at all. Plus you cannot have any questions answered about your health he will mock and laugh. Or act like you are overreacting. No medicine prescribed at all. Referrals are terrible always wrong and you need to ask for a new one.
