8 months agoThis dr is ok. Linda, on his staff, has no idea wth sheโs doing. She needs to retire. Would blame everything on my insurance. Would so called schedule a procedure with the hospital and never did. Three times this happened but she would always call the day before to say my insurance didnโt approve it yet. The third time she didnโt call, I was up vomiting all night went to providence for my procedure and was told it was never scheduled. She failed to do her job. Then blamed it on insurance not approving in time. She also hand wrote forms. Iโm not knocking her age Iโm an older person as well but I have never seen a handwritten form for a procedure by a doctorโs office. I had an EGD not scheduled by Linda but someone else on his staff (which is why it went through) and right after while still groggy and waiting for dr to come talk with me, someone had to fix a light over the cot I was in, the nurses had me sit in a chair instead of having them either come back or move me to another cot. Felt so rushed, even when the doctor came to the chair to discuss his findings it was rushed. I literally was asking a question and he was already walking away. So glad I am no longer with Providence or Linda or this doctor. I have had no issues with my insurance since I left and Linda is a liar. Idk how sheโs still employed. This happened last year and I know Linda knows exactly who I am we spoke lots and the receptionist started screening the calls and Linda suddenly was never available. Writing this now because Iโm no longer with Providence and Iโm due for the same procedure and it reminded me of the nightmare I had with this doctorโs office.

5 years agoDr. Rashed is one of the best doctors I have ever had. He works in excellence. He is truly a blessing from God. If it had not been for Dr. Rashed and God... I would be in a bad way. He knows his practice and he is very passionate. He honestly cares about his patients and their well-being. He spends time with his patients and he makes one feel comfortable and takes the edge off of things. I love this doctor and I am truly blessed to have him in my life. He is the best gastro doctor I have ever had. He is very thorough... You are in great hands if you have him... please listen when I tell you... God has blessed this doctor and he blesses his patients.

6 years agoHe is, a OK Doctor, but the staff in his office especially the receptionist or whomever answer the phone is very RUDE and need to retire . So if you looking for a G.I. doctor you will have to deal with the RUDE STAFF. But he is a OK doctor. I will be look8ng for another G.I. doctor for myself, son and daughter.
